    The <\/span>Screwsol displacement pile technology<\/strong>, patented by Soletanche Bachy, is based on the principle that <\/span>no soil is excavated during pile installation<\/strong>. Instead, the specially designed drilling tool <\/span>displaces and compacts the surrounding soil laterally<\/strong>. <\/span>With this method, <\/span>piles of three different diameters<\/strong> can be constructed, typically with depths ranging from <\/span>4 to 18 meters<\/strong>. Concreting of the pile and the installation of the reinforcement cage are carried out similarly to the <\/span>CFA technology<\/strong>, but due to the rotation of the tool during extraction, the pile shaft develops a <\/span>helical (spiral) profile<\/strong>, which <\/span>increases the load\u2011bearing capacity<\/strong>. <\/span>Thanks to its <\/span>low material consumption<\/strong>, <\/span>fast construction process<\/strong>, and the fact that <\/span>no excavated soil is generated<\/strong>\u2014thus eliminating the need for handling, transport, or disposal\u2014the Screwsol method has become <\/span>one of the most efficient foundation solutions for small and medium\u2011load industrial and residential buildings<\/strong> in recent decades.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
