From May 21 to 23, #SoletancheBachy management teams from France, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, the Middle East and Morocco were welcomed in Hungary. The seminar, hosted by HBM, and organized by Zone Director Laurent Lefebvre, focused on HSE and business achievements of 2024 as well as future challenges and opportunities.
The event was more than just a strategic and financial update – it offered valuable insight into the safety and sustainability efforts, technological innovations, and HR initiatives of each unit. It was also a privilege to receive a presentation from Köves Alexandra, the vice-president of the European Society of Ecological Economics inspiring our strategic thinking on sustainability.
Furthermore, this meeting served as a great teambuilding event to strengthen the synergy within the Zone. Although our local business cultures may differ, our passion for special foundation engineering is what brings us together.
