We are proud to share that HBM was represented again this year at the Geotechnics Conference held for the 35th time between October 13 and 15. For the event, our colleagues, Gergő Murinkó and Kristóf Kelemen prepared a presentation entitled “Between barriers – geotechnical solutions for foundation reinforcements within buildings”, in which, they showed through four case studies how to overcome the physical and technological limitations that arise when reinforcing the foundation of existing buildings.
The presentation was based on sustainability aspects: they presented how we can enable the modernization of existing buildings by using our jet-grouting, micropiles and DSM technologies in tight spaces and how we strive to minimize the amount of cement used from project to project.
