The purpose of the site www.hbm.hu is to provide information on the HBM Kft. both to its employees and to any professional or private public wishing to find out about the company and its achievements (the “users”).
Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian data protection legislation. The supervision of personal data processing is exercised by the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Applicable law
The HBM Kft. website is written in Hungarian and English. In case of dispute, the Hungarian version will prevail. These General Conditions of Access and Use are subject to Hungarian law. Any dispute concerning the application, execution and/or interpretation of these General Conditions of Access and Use will be referred to the court of competent jurisdiction in Hungary, subject to a special rule arising from a statutory or regulatory provision allocating another jurisdiction.
The Website operator reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-compliance with any of these Conditions, of any nature whatsoever.
